7ktaya Terms and Conditions – Rules for Philippine Players

1. Eligibility

To use 7ktaya you must meet all of the following requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your membership:

• You are at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum legal age for online gaming in the Philippines, and 7ktaya enforces it without exception.
• You are a natural person — not a corporation, trust, partnership, or any other legal entity.
• You are accessing 7ktaya from a jurisdiction where online gaming is lawful. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your location permits online gaming.
• You are not listed on any self-exclusion register, whether administered by 7ktaya or by any regulatory authority that 7ktaya recognises.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.

2. Account Registration

When you register on 7ktaya you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You agree to update your account information promptly if any details change. The following rules apply to 7ktaya account registration:

2.1 One Account Rule

Each individual person may hold only one active 7ktaya account. Creating additional accounts — whether by using a different name, mobile number, email address, payment account, or device — is a violation of these Terms. Duplicate accounts found by 7ktaya may be closed, and balances may be forfeited pending investigation.

2.2 Accurate Information

You must provide your real full name, date of birth, active Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address during registration. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

2.3 KYC Verification

As part of our compliance obligations, 7ktaya may require you to complete identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) before processing withdrawals or accessing certain account features. Acceptable documents include a valid Philippine government-issued ID such as a passport, driver's license, SSS ID, PhilSys ID, or UMID. Documents must be clear, unexpired, and match the name on your 7ktaya account.

2.4 Account Ownership

Your 7ktaya account is personal to you and may not be transferred to, shared with, or used by any other person. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account credentials.

3. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your 7ktaya login credentials. Do not share your username or password with anyone. 7ktaya will never ask for your password by email, chat, or phone — any communication requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

• Use a strong, unique password for your 7ktaya account.

• Never access your 7ktaya account over unsecured public Wi-Fi without a VPN.

4. Deposits

7ktaya accepts deposits via the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay/PESONet bank transfer, BDO Online, BPI Online, UnionBank, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions on 7ktaya are denominated in Philippine Pesos (₱).

4.1 Minimum and Maximum Deposits

Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and may change from time to time. Current limits are displayed on the Cashier page within your 7ktaya account. Please review the limits for your chosen method before initiating a deposit.

4.2 Deposit Processing Time

Most deposits via GCash, Maya, and other e-wallet methods reflect in your 7ktaya account balance almost immediately after successful processing on the payment provider's side. Bank transfer methods via InstaPay and PESONet are generally processed within a few hours during banking hours. Delays caused by the payment provider's systems are outside 7ktaya's control.

4.3 Your Own Funds Only

You may only deposit funds that belong to you. Deposits from third-party accounts — whether belonging to a family member, friend, or any other person — are not permitted. Any balance credited from an unauthorised third-party deposit may be reversed and the associated account flagged for review.

4.4 Failed Deposits

If a deposit attempt fails and your payment method has been charged, contact your payment provider first. If the charge is confirmed and the funds have not appeared in your 7ktaya account within the expected timeframe, contact our support team with the transaction reference for investigation.

5. Withdrawals

7ktaya processes withdrawal requests to the same payment method used for deposit wherever technically possible, in line with standard anti-money-laundering practice. All withdrawals require a fully verified 7ktaya account.

5.1 Withdrawal Processing

Once a withdrawal request is submitted and approved, 7ktaya aims to process the transfer within 15 minutes for GCash and Maya on most occasions during active hours. Bank transfer withdrawals via InstaPay and PESONet may take up to a few banking hours. Processing times are guides, not guarantees — delays can occur due to payment provider systems outside 7ktaya's control.

5.2 Withdrawal Limits

Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are published in the Cashier section of your account. These limits may vary by payment method and verification tier. Members who have completed full KYC verification generally have access to higher withdrawal limits.

5.3 Bonus-Related Restrictions

Balances that include active bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements attached to those bonuses. Withdrawal requests made before wagering requirements are met may result in the bonus component being forfeited, with only the net qualifying balance available for withdrawal. 5.4 Right to Verify

7ktaya reserves the right to delay any withdrawal for up to 72 hours while conducting standard account verification or fraud screening. This is a protective measure for all members and is not applied as a penalty. 6. Bonuses and Promotions

7ktaya offers promotional bonuses, free credits, cashback, and referral rewards from time to time. All promotions are subject to the following general terms in addition to any specific conditions attached to the individual promotion.

• Promotional offers are available to eligible registered 7ktaya members only.
• Bonuses must be opted into explicitly — they are not applied automatically unless stated in the specific promotion terms.
• All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they become available for withdrawal. Wagering requirements and minimum odds conditions are clearly stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• Only one promotion may be active at a time unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
• 7ktaya reserves the right to cancel or modify any promotion at any time with reasonable notice where possible.
• Any bonus obtained through fraudulent means — including but not limited to providing false information, creating multiple accounts, or coordinating with others to abuse promotions — will be forfeited and the account may be suspended.
• Members flagged for bonus abuse may be excluded from future 7ktaya promotions at the platform's discretion.

7. Sports Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all sports betting markets on 7ktaya, including volleyball betting, basketball, and all other sports offered on the platform.

7.1 Bet Placement and Confirmation

A bet is not valid until it has been confirmed by 7ktaya's system and a bet reference number has been issued. By confirming a bet you accept the odds displayed at the time of confirmation. Bets placed in error — including incorrect stake amounts or wrong selections — cannot be reversed after confirmation except in cases of verified system error on 7ktaya's side.

7.2 Odds Changes

Odds may change between the time you add a selection to your bet slip and the time you confirm the bet. 7ktaya's bet slip will display the updated odds at confirmation. You may choose to accept the new odds or decline and revise your bet accordingly.

7.3 Event Postponements and Cancellations

If a sporting event is postponed before it begins, all pre-match bets on that event are voided and stakes returned to your 7ktaya balance. If a match begins but is abandoned or cancelled before completion, settlement rules depend on the markets involved — details are available in the specific sport rules section within the 7ktaya platform. Live in-play bets on markets already completed at the time of abandonment will stand.

7.4 Obvious Errors

If a betting line or odds price is displayed in obvious error — for example, a significant mispricing that no reasonable bettor would consider fair market odds — 7ktaya reserves the right to void bets placed at those odds. Members will be notified promptly and stakes returned. 7ktaya will not pay out winnings based on clearly erroneous prices.

7.5 Maximum Payouts

Maximum payout limits per bet and per event apply. These are published within the relevant sport section on the 7ktaya platform. Stakes that would produce winnings in excess of the applicable maximum payout will be accepted at a reduced stake to bring the potential return within the limit, or declined — you will be notified before confirmation.

8. Card Games and Casual Games

Rules for 7ktaya's card games — including Tongits — and casual games including Bingo and fishing games are governed by both these general Terms and the specific product rules published within each game section on the platform. In the event of any conflict, the product-specific rules take precedence for game-related matters.

• All card game results are determined by a certified random number generator (RNG) that undergoes regular independent testing.
• Tongits on 7ktaya follows standard Philippine rules. Any rule variations applied in specific table formats are disclosed before you join that table.
• Disconnection during a Tongits round activates an auto-play system to protect the integrity of the match for all players. The specific auto-play behaviour is detailed on the Tongits game page.
• Bingo numbers are drawn using an independently audited RNG. All Bingo results are final once the card-check process has been completed by the system.
• Game session history is available within your 7ktaya account for all games played, including full result records and transaction logs.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 7ktaya and constitute serious violations of these Terms. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable.

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any AI-assisted tools to place bets or interact with games on 7ktaya.
• Colluding with other players in card games or betting markets to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or pricing errors for financial gain.
• Attempting to launder funds through the 7ktaya platform.
• Providing false identity information or using another person's identity to register or operate a 7ktaya account.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim multiple registration bonuses or circumvent account restrictions.
• Accessing 7ktaya from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by law.
• Sharing your account credentials with third parties or allowing others to access your account.
• Threatening, harassing, or engaging in abusive behaviour toward 7ktaya support staff or other platform users.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

7ktaya reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any member account at any time for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to provide requested identity verification documents within the stated timeframe.
• Confirmed fraudulent or criminal activity linked to the account.
• Account inactivity — defined as no login for a consecutive period of 12 months. Members will be contacted before action is taken on inactive accounts.
• Self-exclusion request from the member.
• Instruction from a regulatory authority with jurisdiction over the relevant activity.

When an account is closed for reasons other than member misconduct, 7ktaya will process a withdrawal of the available balance to the member's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Balances held under investigation will not be released until the investigation is resolved.

You may close your 7ktaya account voluntarily at any time by contacting support. Please note that any active wagering requirements on bonus balances will be forfeited upon voluntary closure if not yet completed.

13. Intellectual Property

All content on the 7ktaya platform — including but not limited to the website design, software, graphics, logos, text, game content, and data — is the property of 7ktaya or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the 7ktaya platform for personal gaming purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from any 7ktaya content without prior written permission. Unauthorised use of 7ktaya's intellectual property will be pursued to the full extent permitted by applicable law.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 7ktaya's liability to any member in connection with their use of the platform is limited to the amount of funds held in that member's verified account at the time the claim arises. 7ktaya is not liable for:

• Loss of profits, revenue, business opportunity, goodwill, or any form of indirect or consequential loss.
• Losses arising from service interruptions caused by force majeure events — including natural disasters, government action, telecommunications failures, or third-party platform outages.
• Losses resulting from your failure to comply with these Terms.
• Delays or failures caused by third-party payment providers.
• Unauthorised access to your account where you failed to take reasonable security precautions.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes 7ktaya's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other matter that cannot be excluded by law.

15. Amendments to These Terms

7ktaya reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 7ktaya will provide advance notice to registered members via email notification or a prominent banner on the platform. The effective date of any amendment will be clearly indicated at the top of the updated Terms page.

If you do not agree to an amended version of these Terms, you should stop using 7ktaya and may close your account before the effective date. Continued use of 7ktaya after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

16. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be subject to good-faith resolution between the member and 7ktaya through our formal complaints process.

To raise a formal complaint, contact the 7ktaya support team in writing at support@7ktaya.best, providing full details of your complaint and your account reference. 7ktaya will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and provide a substantive response within 10 business days. If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaints process, the parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the appropriate Philippine courts.
